So, the pair that I do have are starting to work better since getting over my cold, but they are tired. Today's workout was:

21 med ball cleans (20lbs)
21 Box jumps 24"
9 pullups
45 pushups
9 pullups
21 Box jumps
21 med ball cleans
15 pullups
